What you need

Ableton Live 12.4 or later, or another compatible Link peer on the same local network.
How much latency should I expect?

Low enough to play to on a decent network, and the tempo lock never drifts.

Does it work on iPad?

It runs on iPad as the iPhone app, in a phone-sized window. There's no iPad layout.
